CrewHQ CRM founding customer terms

Effective version: October 14, 2026. The seller is Greyson Nardi Window Washing LLC ("Provider"); CrewHQ CRM is the product name. The customer is the business that creates an account ("Customer"). Questions and support requests: CrewHQCRM@gmail.com.

By selecting the agreement checkbox during account creation and completing Stripe Checkout, Customer accepts these terms for its CrewHQ CRM subscription. The person accepting them confirms that they are authorized to act for Customer. The separate Privacy Notice describes how information is handled.

1. Service and beta scope

Provider gives Customer access to a private CrewHQ CRM workspace for organizing customers, quotes, jobs, service plans, crews, invoices, manually recorded payments, and reports. Customer is responsible for checking amounts, dates, recipients, and business decisions before acting on them. Customer must use the service lawfully, protect its account credentials, and obtain any consent needed for the customer information it uploads or messages it sends.

CrewHQ CRM is a beta service. Features may change, and Provider may schedule maintenance or correct defects. Provider will communicate a material interruption or change affecting ordinary use. No uptime percentage or future feature delivery date is promised.

The current CRM does not collect payments from Customer's own clients, automatically charge those clients, send email or SMS messages, or guarantee electronic signature delivery. A button that opens a device's messaging app requires the user to review and send the message. Provider will explain any new paid or automated feature and its terms before enabling it for Customer.

2. Price and recurring billing

The founding customer price is $39 USD per month per business account. Stripe shows the charge, any applicable tax, and the seller before Customer confirms payment. The first charge is made when Customer completes Checkout; Stripe then charges the saved payment method monthly until cancellation. There is no annual commitment or free trial. Provider will give advance notice of a base-price change and obtain any consent required by law before applying it. Customer can review receipts and manage its payment method through Stripe's billing portal linked from the CRM.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it and request an updated payment method. Paid access continues through the last confirmed paid period. After that period, Customer may view and export existing CRM records but cannot add or change records until payment is confirmed. An unpaid period does not itself erase Customer data. No late fee is charged under these terms.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Customer may cancel future renewals from Manage billing in the CRM or by emailing CrewHQCRM@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no later monthly renewal will be charged for that subscription. Customer may request immediate account deactivation. Provider will refund a prepaid, unused full month if Provider ends the service without Customer breach. Other refunds are by written agreement or as required by applicable law.

4. Customer data, security, and export

Customer owns the business records it enters. Provider uses those records to operate, secure, support, and improve Customer's service as described in the Privacy Notice and will not sell those records. Provider will restrict each business account to its own workspace and maintain reasonable access controls, backups, and incident-response procedures. Provider will notify Customer without undue delay after confirming unauthorized access to its records and will share reasonably available facts and remediation steps. The parties will cooperate on legally required notices.

Customer can export available CRM records while its account is active. For 30 days after cancellation, Provider will provide a reasonable export of Customer's CRM records on request after verifying the requester. After that period, Provider may remove the account and its CRM records under its documented retention practices, except for records that must be kept for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes. Backup copies may persist for up to 31 additional days after an active record is removed. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for primary account and billing records; contact Provider to request deletion or discuss a specific retention need.

5. Support and service changes

Customer can request support at CrewHQCRM@gmail.com. Provider will use reasonable efforts to give an initial response within two business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. This is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time. Provider may make security or reliability changes immediately and will give advance notice when practical for material changes to normal workflows.

6. Responsibility and liability

Each party is responsible for its own unlawful conduct, breach of these terms, and misuse of the other's confidential information. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent allowed by applicable law. Except for fraud, intentional misconduct, confidentiality or data-security obligations, and amounts owed, each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the subscription fees paid or payable in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

7. General terms

The parties will keep nonpublic business information received from the other confidential and use it only for this service, except for information already public, independently known, or required by law to be disclosed. Neither party may transfer these terms without the other's written consent, except as part of a sale of substantially all of its business if the successor assumes these obligations. Material changes to these terms will be presented for Customer's acceptance. Florida law governs, and disputes will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, subject to applicable law.
